New Location in Dallas, Texas for Your Phase I ESA Needs
Matador Environmental Professionals is proud to announce a new office location at the Parkway Office Center in Dallas, Texas
Matador Environmental Professionals PLLC (MEP) will soon be holding seminars in the building’s conference room to host CRE professionals, bankers and investment groups to discuss the various issues concerning the Phase I ESA.
Today There are still many differing interpretations and scope of a Phase I ESA, particularly in these areas of Texas where there are large raw acreage tracts and oil and gas production. Urban sprawl creates new buildouts in these areas and most environmental companies are not experienced with issues concerning the mineral estate, operator rights and use of the surface with respect to the oil and lease- an important AUL assessment as prescribed in the ASTM-21 protocol.
Starting next year, MEP at their new office location, will start holding quarterly seminars (with refreshments) to discuss these urban sprawl issues and also attempt to answer your specific questions concerning many other environmental issues.
Remember, MEP only performs the Phase I ESA, not the Phase II/III, removing the conflicts of interest for finding unnecessary testing and sampling. We work with independent, select testing environmental pros to refer for those needs.
